What happens after you book

  1. You pick a time on the next step and confirm. That is the point the booking exists.
  2. A support ticket is created and its number is shown on screen. Keep it — quoting it is the fastest way to reschedule.
  3. A confirmation email goes to the address you gave, with a calendar invite attached.
  4. Reminders follow 24 hours and 1 hour before the call.
  5. We talk for the hour. It is free, and no paid work starts unless you ask for it separately.

Nothing is booked and no ticket is created until you pick a time and confirm on the next step. What you type here is sent by POST, so it never appears in the page URL or your browser history, and it is used only to prepare for the call. What happens to your details.
